    JMA RAF Cottesmore Jet Meet

Posted by Dick on 2008-06-16 08:14:31 BST

Once again, Tony Pawsey has secured the use of RAF Cottesmore for a JMA for a jet meet over the weekend 16-17th August, 2008.

Open to JMA members only. If you intend going to Cottesmore, you need to send Roger Kilbey (JMA Secretary, 9, Hazlitt Croft, Springbank, Cheltenham, Glos. GL50 0PN) the following details by COP 1st August 2008:

Name(s) of those attending. Car details (Make, Model, Colour & Reg No).

Please note: The RAF police will not permit entry to anybody who is not on the list submitted by the JMA – without exception - and photo ID must be provided to gain entry.

NOTE: Help will be needed at Cottesmore for Tx Control and Flightline Controller/Back-Up duties. If you're willing to share a bit of your time during the weekend to help out, please let Roger Kilbey know so that he can schedule tasks (the more help we get, the less time on duty there'll be!;)
